1. Job Acceptance

. By selecting a job, you commit to fulfilling the duties on the specified date and time as an independent contractor.
. You are required to complete the job to the best of your ability, as outlined in the job details.

2. What is a Permanent Job?

. A permanent job means that once you apply for and are assigned a job on a permanent basis, it will be your round until you provide two weeks' notice that you no longer wish to continue or unless a finish date is stated for the job.

. You have the flexibility to select the days you want to work. For example, if you apply for a permanent job for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, this will be your regular round every week until you notify us that you want to stop or the finish date has been reached. Once the job has been assigned to you, your scheduled calendar will show these days.

3. What is Ad-Hoc?

. An Ad-Hoc job is a single job on a specific day. It’s a one-time job you apply for, rather than a recurring commitment. You are contracted for that particular job only and are not required to work on the same days regularly.

. By applying for Ad-Hoc jobs, you are agreeing to be contracted for that specific job on that particular day only.

. As a freelance courier, it is your responsibility to ensure the completion of the job as agreed.

. Cover for Jobs: If you are unable to fulfill a job due to holidays, emergencies, or other reasons, you can repost the job to the community.

6. Cancellation Policy

. Permanent Routes: For permanent routes, a two-week notice period is required if you are unable to fulfill your contracted days.Failure to provide the required notice may result in loss of earnings and voiding the contract.

. Ad-Hoc Jobs: For Ad-Hoc jobs, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or are unable to attend.Failure to provide sufficient notice for an Ad-Hoc job will result in the job being marked as unfulfilled and may affect your ability to accept future jobs.

. No Shows and Contract Violations: Failure to show up for contracted jobs without proper notice may result in loss of earnings and could void your contract.

. Repeated breaches of the cancellation policy will result in your account being terminated and the suspension of future job offers.

7. Payment Terms

. Payment for completed jobs will be made fortnightly, after the successful completion of each job.

. As a self-employed courier, you will receive payment based on the terms set for each job, after the job is completed.
